Lead the development and implementation of Access and HEOR strategy
Develop tactical initiatives for the assigned Rare portfolio
Collaborate closely with the brand marketing teams and other cross functional partners
Support Market Access team operations, including budgets, forecasts, payer/coverage data analysis, and project management
Monitor spend and manage assigned payer marketing budget for brands
Lead engagement with creative agency partner(s) for assigned portfolio
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure brand access messages are conveyed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
10 years progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry across key functions such as marketing, market access, contracting, commercial operations, and data analytics
At least 5 years directly within market access or HEOR
Good understanding of payer segments (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Part D & B, etc.), reimbursement, and Specialty Pharmacy data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of Market Access insights
