Support the configuration and administration of Workday Core HCM in a global environment.
Assist with configuration, testing, and documentation activities across additional Workday areas (e.g., Compensation, Security, or other HCM modules).
Partner with HR functional owners to analyze requirements, propose improvements, and implement solutions with a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience.
Participate in Workday release analysis and testing, supporting regression testing and adoption of new features.
Help maintain and improve Workday business processes, reports, and data integrity.
Collaborate effectively within a global, multicultural team, contributing to shared goals and continuous improvement.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience, including experience in geographically distributed teams.
Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, including configuration and testing activities.
Exposure to Compensation and/or Workday Security is a plus, or a strong willingness and curiosity to learn these areas.
Interest in learning additional Workday modules over time and growing as a Workday professional.
A proactive, supportive attitude and willingness to learn from others.
Analytical mindset and familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics.
Active in Workday community, ability to collaborate and identify opportunities to fully utilize Workday capabilities.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related field.
