About this role
Role Overview
Drive the full sales cycle by identifying, researching, and converting high-potential new logo targets into Trimble AECO software subscribers.
Build deep, lasting relationships through frequent on-site client visits, acting as the face of Trimble across your territory.
Architect and execute long-range territory plans to maintain a robust pipeline and consistently exceed annual sales quotas.
Partner with product sales executives and solutions engineers to deliver compelling value propositions that win complex enterprise business.
Stay at the forefront of industrial technology by mastering AECO product enhancements and construction industry trends.
Requirements
Advanced level of English.
Mid-level experience successfully selling software solutions across multiple cross-functional groups.
Proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles and consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to negotiate high-value enterprise contracts.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar solutions and standard office productivity suites.
Prior experience in the construction industry or software sales within the construction sector (bonus).
Hands-on experience with BIM, CAE, CAD, or related AEC technologies (bonus).
Expertise in using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (bonus).
Demonstrated history of executing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (bonus).
