Role Overview
- Assign claims electronically
- Recognize subrogation potential and refer claims as needed
- Update claims files and perform quality control tasks
- Monitor claim systems for proper assignment
- Notify management of system problems
- Gather information for management reports
- Answer customer/vendor calls and provide information as needed
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Completion of ACG approved training program for the position
- Valid driver's license required if role involves in-person inspections or frequent meetings
- Knowledge of general claim processing functions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with P.C. software applications
