Responsible and accountable as a member of the Network Supply Chain Management (SCM) team for coordination and execution of new projects.
Provides end to end supply chain services from planning/design stage to Go-Live.
Collaborates with SCM and Network colleagues as a key member of the management team.
Manages multiple priorities and projects while providing accurate, timely, and quality work.
Leads the team and delegates appropriately.
Provides periodic updates to the Core Team.
Acts as a liaison between clinical and non-clinical functions and the Supply Chain Core Team.
Responsible for the recruiting, selection and development of the Start-Up team.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
5 years or more years' experience in Hospital Supply Chain, project management, capital equipment planning, inventory control, operations, or other related field.
Familiarity with medical terminology and medical supplies.
Must possess leadership skills, ability to work under stress, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
