Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics such as Intellectual property, Company incorporation and secretarial matters, Shareholder's agreements, Commercial agreements, Labour law and Any other legal matters
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
Advise and implement improvements of a legal nature and to participate in negotiations as and when needed
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in law
Preferable with 3
5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
