Role Overview
- Manage traffic and implement campaigns across digital advertising channels
- Collaborate with Creative, International, Brand and Retail teams for campaigns
- Direct agency partners on creative assets and executional needs
- Partner to improve paid media performance through learning agendas
- Oversee Project Cyclone and Sapphire creative projects
- Track and communicate stock updates with performance media team
- Manage TikTok Shop program for month-over-month growth
- Cross-share learnings with team members to drive results
- Find ways to drive international growth while maintaining efficiencies
- Build and manage relationships with platform partners and vendors
- Stay updated on platform trends and opportunities
- Handle other duties as required
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital marketing or project management experience
- Experience with Facebook, Google, TikTok and other digital platforms
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Self-motivated professional passionate about growing business
- Natural problem solver with the ability to operate autonomously
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Collaborative, resourceful, ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Excited to learn and grow within a fast-moving organization
