Role Overview
- Proactively manage & progress a litigated caseload of Motor Defendant Insurance cases
- Apply the specific technical principles for proactive case settlement
- Work in line with client SLAs
- Use case management systems to improve settlement speed
- Organise work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Review and gather medical reports for injury claims
Requirements
- Real interest in Motor Insurance cases
- Experience of running a complex Litigated Motor Insurance Caseload
- Sound knowledge of Part 7 Fast Track, OIC or MOJ
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Business acumen and understanding of clients' needs
- Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with Visual Files case management system (desirable)
