About this role

Establish strong collaborative working relationships with Business Partners from all three Distribution Teams
Manage and execute work in-take requests from our business partners via our Customer Management Tool (CRM)
Accurately and efficiently create new advisor records and maintain data within CRM
Perform Internal Data Audits which include data analysis, identification of discrepancies and completing the notification procedures
Support the preparation and submission of JIRA tickets including data analysis, creation of submission file and verification of results
Identify improvements with our Business Operational Process documentation

University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with data creation and maintenance in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including advanced functions (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables)
Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work
Experience with Sales Enablement Tool, Event Management Tool, Business Intelligence and Analytics Software an asset
