You are the first point of contact for technical inquiries from our customers and users via ticket, phone, or email.
You reliably prioritize, document, and process support tickets in our ticketing system.
You independently and service-orientedly analyze and resolve IT issues at the 1st level.
You escalate complex issues to our Level 2 experts.
You provide excellent customer service and demonstrate empathy when supporting users.
Requirements
You have successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or have prior experience working in IT support.
You speak German and English at C1 level.
You have a strong service mindset and value customer-centric, independent, and solution-oriented work.
You work with a hands-on mentality.
You want to work in a company where participation and initiative are appreciated.
You are interested in further developing and deepening your technical skills.
