Role Overview
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic finance initiatives
- Drive efficiency and ROI initiatives as an immediate priority
- Identify 50M+ of OPEX savings in year 1
- Partner with finance leadership and key business stakeholders
- Establish robust project governance, KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks
- Collaborate across Specialty Care, Global Finance, Digital, and enabling functions
- Champion continuous improvement and lead change management efforts
- Prepare executive‑ready materials and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy, business transformation, or project/program management
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- Demonstrated experience driving efficiency, productivity, or cost-reduction outcomes
- Strong project and program management capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating within a global, matrixed organization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
