Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules to support HR processes
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
Evaluate new Workday features and recommend improvements aligned to business needs
Support semi-annual Workday releases, including testing and deployment activities
Troubleshoot system issues, support integrations, and manage data uploads using EIBs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience working with Workday in an analytical or functional role
Working knowledge of HR processes, terminology, and best practices
Ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and improve system performance
Strong communication skills and ability to support a range of users
