Resource & Workload Management with an emphasis on Creative Division
Partner closely with Project Managers to solve real-time and forward-looking staffing needs
Allocate resources across projects based on priority, timelines, and team capacity
Maintain and evolve the capacity planning model to accurately reflect team bandwidth
Partner with Sales to understand pipeline velocity and recommend realistic project kickoff timing
Own the freelance ecosystem end-to-end: sourcing, vetting, negotiating, onboarding, and managing freelancers
Own and maintain our internal capacity/utilization tracker
Work closely with Project Management, Creative, Sales, and Leadership to align resourcing with business priorities
Act as a key decision-maker in prioritization conversations across clients and internal initiatives

7+ years of experience in resource management, operations, or project management within a creative, marketing, or agency environment
Strong understanding of creative production workflows and performance marketing environments
Experience managing capacity planning and utilization tracking
Proven experience working with freelancers (sourcing, negotiating, managing)
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Experience working cross-functionally with PMs, creative teams, and leadership
