Develop and enhance our market intelligence function, ensuring we stay ahead of trends and competitors
Provide regular, actionable input into group strategy and key priorities, connecting the dots across complex data sets and business challenges
Transform technical and market data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior leadership and business partners
Craft and deliver engaging presentations and data visualizations that tell the story behind the numbers, influencing decision-makers at all levels
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with speed, purpose, and attention to detail
Collaborate with multifunctional teams (category management, brand insights, commercial insights, etc.) to ensure market intelligence is embedded in business decisions
Advocate for continuous improvement and investment in market intelligence tools, methods, and partnerships
Oversee relationships with data and analytic suppliers, evaluating and integrating innovative solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Analytics, Market Intelligence, Strategic Insights, or Strategy
Proven ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources (e.g., Numerator, Yipit, NPD, Euromonitor)
Exceptional communication skills: Able to translate technical language into plain speak and present complex information in a simple, visual, and compelling manner
Strong storytelling and influencing abilities: Comfortable presenting to executive committees and senior leadership
Project management expertise: Skilled at managing multiple projects with speed, agility, and a focus on results
Stakeholder management: Trusted partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Proactive & self-driven: internally motivated while comfortable working in a complex, matrixed organization
Mentorship: Ability to develop and inspire direct reports for future growth
