Develop close, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders at customer sites
Serve as the internal technical consultant on all service-related matters
Collaborate with Service Sales teams to develop commercial offerings tailored to customer needs
Own the end-to-end sales process, including commercial negotiations
Deliver reliable sales forecasts and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
University degree in biosciences/biotechnology and/or a degree in chemical, mechanical, or biochemical engineering or biology, or several years of hands-on experience providing bioprocess services
Strong commercial experience in a technical environment, with solid commercial acumen or a willingness to develop the skills required for sales success
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time, organize, and prioritize tasks
Fluent in French and English. Italian or Spanish is a plus
