Responsible for talking to referral sources and collecting information
Entering information into the computer
Completing initial authorization and verifying insurance
Coordinating, implementing and performing day-to-day scheduling and assignments of the clinical team
Communicate effectively with healthcare team regarding client needs
Maintain knowledge of agency products, services, and referral relationships
Support the agency's growth and profitability through responsible use of company resources
Ensure compliance with policy and procedures
Collaborate with staff to provide quality services
Perform assigned quality assurance duties
Report grievances and complaints by clients and professionals
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of related healthcare experience
Associates degree in related area (Preferred)
Current Colorado LPN license (Preferred)
At least three (3) years of home health operations experience (Preferred)
Previous experience using an online scheduling system (Preferred)
