Role Overview
- Interface with Shared Services, Service Work Order Team (SWOT) to maintain compliance to customer invoicing requirements
- Manage Non-Quoted Repair (NQR) special billing requirements
- Analyze NQR Service Orders to identify orders requiring further review
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders during maintenance and repair projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant customer service expertise
- Proficiency with office management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, etc.)
- Customer service mindset
- Organizational skills to support colleagues in their responsibilities
