Role Overview
- Act as the first personal point of contact for our caregivers.
- Qualify caregivers by phone and manage their onboarding.
- Assist our clients in finding suitable caregivers.
- Support caregivers during their assignments with advice and practical help.
- Actively assist colleagues.

Requirements
- Fluent Romanian
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in German
- English is a plus
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Call Center Agent, Customer Support specialist, or in a similar role
- Enjoy phone-based communication and be comfortable communicating daily with caregivers via email and phone
- Experience using various software and CRM tools to record and manage data and notes
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Hands-on mentality
