Translating deal strategy into executable operating models.
Ensuring realization of financial and operational value, mitigating stranded costs, and driving disciplined execution from Day 1 through full integration or separation.
Overseeing integration program management resources supporting active transactions.
Establishing standardized integration and separation methodologies.
Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Operations, and executive leadership to achieve intended strategic and financial objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Significant experience, typically gained through ten or more years of relevant experience.
Progressive leadership experience in mergers and acquisitions integration, large-scale transformation, enterprise program management, or healthcare operations.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with system-wide impact.
Proven financial acumen including synergy modeling, cost tracking, and budget oversight.
