Develop and implement the commercial strategy for operations within Financial Institutions (insurance companies, digital banks, and payment processors), continuing existing opportunities and pipeline to ensure conversion of ongoing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and technology partners (such as AWS, Cisco, Fortinet, Red Hat, MongoDB, and other ISVs in the AWS ecosystem), manage expectations, and be responsible for managing the forecast.
Support the definition of technology solution strategies for opportunities tied to your clients, assisting the internal team in developing competitive proposals.
Promote the development of digital transformation solutions in key accounts.
Identify business trends related to the vertical's segment, supporting strategic discussions around technology solutions that address client needs, thereby creating new and tangible commercial opportunities.
Develop and execute business plans with technology partners to generate new business.
Manage client needs, supporting them through resources from peer areas to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with the delivery team to monitor project progress and payments, organizing resources to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify account growth opportunities within the assigned segment and develop solutions for clients across all service lines, collaborating with other areas as needed.
Requirements
Professional sales experience in the IT market, specifically in the Financial sector with digital target accounts, within Financial Institutions (insurance companies, digital banks, and payment processors).
Proven relationships within IT and cybersecurity areas.
Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, or related technology fields.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).
Strong skills in creating and delivering commercial presentations.
Able to work at client sites and Logicalis corporate offices.
