Role Overview
Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions, from posting openings to closing the selection process, to meet the company’s staffing needs.
Post job openings with schools, partner institutions and other recruiting channels, and complete and manage posting forms to ensure the appropriate audience is reached.
Screen resumes, organize and update information in Recruitment and Selection spreadsheets, ensuring control and traceability of selection processes.
Send, monitor and manage administration of selection tests, organizing results to support decision-making.
Conduct interviews for operational (production) positions, evaluating candidate profiles according to the requirements set by the requesting area.
Organize and oversee registration courses, closing cohorts and ensuring proper progression through process stages.
Notify candidates of their approval or rejection, ensuring clear communication aligned with company guidelines.
Request, verify and organize onboarding documentation for approved candidates, and send employee registration forms to accounting for admission processing.
Schedule pre-employment medical exams and monitor compliance with legal deadlines, ensuring adherence to labor requirements.
Open and follow up on internal HR tickets.
Organize and support delivery of initial training and new-hire integration activities to ensure proper adjustment to the company.
Recruit and select for various vacancies, including temporary workers, apprentices, persons with disabilities (PWD), infrastructure roles, and others as required by the organization.
Participate in quality committees and administrative meetings, contributing HR information and metrics.
Update spreadsheets, internal controls and area reports, ensuring data reliability.
Provide support to employees with questions related to HR processes.
Perform activities related to the CH office and other duties inherent to the HR area, as well as additional tasks requested during the month.
Requirements
Degree in progress or completed in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
Prior experience in operational recruitment and selection
Ability to handle a high volume of vacancies and repetitive routines
Desired skills: organization and attention to detail
