About this role
Role Overview
- Provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as web and mail.
- Processes customer orders, quotes and other information by entering into company systems.
- Researches and expedites customer requests.
- Supports the local Customer Service team, and provides support for other teams when needed.
Requirements
- Initial experience in customer service or support is advantageous.
- Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
- Very good Lithuanian and English skills, written and verbal; additional European languages would be a plus.
- Profound MS Office skills, experience with an ERP system would be helpful.
- Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels.
