Identify target customers: You research and identify potential enterprise customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools.
Build target account lists: In close coordination with the Sales Operations team, you create and maintain structured account lists.
Reach out to decision-makers: You contact relevant stakeholders such as Data Protection Officers, Compliance Managers, or CISOs via phone, email and LinkedIn.
Run outbound campaigns: You execute multi-touch outbound campaigns to generate interest and qualify leads.
Keep data accurate: You diligently manage your contacts and activities in the CRM (Pipedrive) and ensure a clean data foundation.
Work closely with the sales team: Together with Account Executives, you coordinate scheduling for product demos and initial meetings.
Requirements
Initial sales experience: You have prior experience in sales or lead generation — ideally in a software or SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills: You are persuasive on the phone as well as in writing — clear, personable and goal-oriented.
Tool experience: You are familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ideally have CRM experience (e.g., Pipedrive).
Structure & initiative: You work independently, think in a structured way, bring a high level of self-motivation and are eager to build up the area.
Language skills: You speak German fluently at a native level and have good English skills.
