Relationship management and business development with existing accounts
Upselling and reaching out to current customers to further educate on new Windcave product
Business contract management and inbound ticket management
Managing non-sales related inquiries and maintaining relationships with larger partners
Acting as a liaison between internal Sales, Logistics, and Support teams
Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Business Development, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred
