Role Overview
- Take ownership of insight generation to support and drive the CRO roadmap
- Lead exploratory analysis across the full user journey (web and app)
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations
- Own experimentation analysis, both during and post-test
- Measure and track the impact of CRO activity
- Create a single, reliable view of performance across the business
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting packs
Requirements
- Strong experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel
- Experience with behavioural analytics tools (such as ContentSquare)
- A/B testing platforms
- Google Tag Manager
- Ability to turn data into a story
- Confident working cross-functionally
