Manage complex and frequently changing calendaring and scheduling requirements; preempting and triaging competing incoming demands to ensure the executive’s time is aligned with business priorities.
Orchestrate end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and logistics.
Act as a bridge between the VP and other teams, including the global public affairs team, international legal teams, and external stakeholders.
Manage expense processing, budget tracking, and ensure timely completion of key operational deliverables.
Independently lead the planning and execution of large-scale internal and external events, including leadership offsites, policy conferences, and team summits. This includes content curation, logistics, and vendor management.
Support specific aspects of public policy programs from concept to completion. You will be responsible for defining timelines, managing independent workstreams, and ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our public policy goals.
Produce professional deliverables such as program briefs, post-event reports, and presentation materials. You will be expected to synthesize information and create outputs that assist in our policy advocacy and narrative-building efforts.
Work collaboratively with business leaders and corporate affairs teams to ensure that program objectives align with our broader mission and address crucial issues affecting our customers and investments.
Requirements
12+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Program Manager reporting to a CXO / Managing Director / Head of Department, preferably within a fast-paced multinational, large Indian corporate, or a professional services firm.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Arts, Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and events independently, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes on time and within budget.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and program materials.
Advanced proficiency in the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
