Role Overview
- Conduct initial conversations with interested property owners (condominium owners)
- Guide property owners through the sales process to completion
- Participate in weekly 1:1s and team meetings
- Actively contribute to setting and achieving new goals and outcomes
- Opportunity to take on small sales and marketing projects
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with a variety of people
- Motivated to develop communication skills
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Team player who supports colleagues during challenging times
- Interest in the digitization of the real estate industry
- Sales experience is not required
