About this role
Role Overview
- Perform registration, verification, and updating of insurance policies, endorsements, and contractual documents using internal systems and insurer portals to ensure data integrity and adherence to negotiated terms.
- Record general conditions, specific provisions and clauses by processing inclusions, exclusions, and technical changes to insured items, branches, risk locations, values, limits and sublimits to ensure accurate records and contractual compliance.
- Manage endorsement and billing processes by validating files, layouts, amounts, applied rates and coverage limits to ensure operational and financial accuracy.
- Address inconsistencies, rejections and data discrepancies through analysis and reconciliation with clients, internal teams and insurers to ensure SLA compliance and the quality of recorded information.
- Carry out routine portfolio operations by verifying information between proposals and issued documents, recording and filing data according to quality standards and LGPD, and reconciling in operational systems to ensure compliance, information integrity and efficient interactions with insurers.
- Support internal and external audits by organizing and providing portfolio information and documents to ensure governance and integrity of operational data.
- Ensure the proper functioning of automations and systems by periodically analyzing reports and submitting tickets for corrections to optimize processes and reduce operational risk.
- Resolve registration discrepancies and procedural adjustments by coordinating with related areas (IT, suppliers and operations) to implement continuous improvements and ensure operational efficiency of the portfolio.
- Perform other related duties inherent to the role as needed or requested by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in the insurance sector with operational processes for policies, endorsements and contractual documents
- Knowledge of endorsement and billing processes
