Role Overview
Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact user acquisition campaigns across performance platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, IronSource, Unity, Liftoff, and more.
Analyze campaign data and drive performance toward maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), making proactive, data-driven decisions.
Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies continuously to improve results and reach ambitious growth goals.
Lead A/B testing initiatives to uncover insights and elevate UA performance.
Track and report performance metrics regularly, ensuring transparency and measurable impact.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners, driving collaboration and mutual success.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative user acquisition strategies.
Proactively stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team and continuously pushing the bar.
Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, ideally with experience in the mobile gaming industry.
Proven expertise managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and SDK video networks (Applovin, Unity, IronSource) in US and Tier 1 markets.
Creative-minded
you don’t need to design, but you understand the creative side of marketing and can leverage it for high-performing campaigns.
Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.
Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Dedicated, adaptable, and an excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
Fluent in English, with German as a plus (other languages are welcome).
