Strategy & direction — further development of our marketing strategy in coordination with management
Definition of goals and development of cross-channel reporting
Integration of AI-supported solutions to optimize content and processes
Planning and implementation of our social media activities (LinkedIn & Instagram)
Creation of expert articles, blog posts and press releases
(Further) development and implementation of our newsletter strategy
Development of our employer brand in collaboration with HR
Maintenance and content development of our websites
Conceptualization, management and monitoring of Google Ads
Analysis of all marketing channels and definition of optimization measures
Marketing support for events (content, communication, design)
Creation of digital marketing materials

Completed (Master's) degree with a focus on Marketing, E‑Business, Media or a related field, with above-average academic performance
Relevant professional experience in marketing preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
High degree of initiative and a meticulous working style
Confident, authentic presence and a communicative personality
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
