Analyze wholesale and retail sales performance and monitor network inventory levels by model;
Monitor competitor activity in the sub-region and implement actions to protect the brand’s market share in the sub-region;
Develop and implement retail initiatives together with the dealer network to increase the brand’s competitiveness in the region;
Conduct market studies to identify potential markets and prospect new partners in the region according to internal procedures;
Provide consultancy for dealership management and implement action plans for dealerships in the region;
Assess the financial capacity of the dealer network and take preventive measures to ensure dealers in the sub-region remain current on payments;
Deliver commercial training to upskill the network’s sales force;
Prepare travel itineraries and incur travel expenses in accordance with internal policy;
Prepare reports for all commercial meetings, recording all agreed actions with dealers using the standard form;
Evaluate dealerships with respect to visual standardization, physical infrastructure, and training participation according to evaluation forms, and generate recommendation reports;
Monitor dealership quality improvements based on the evaluations above;
Monitor dealership NPS and develop action plans;
Provide precise diagnostics by market and segment (Recovery Plans);
Conduct mystery shopper assignments;
Prepare, analyze, and present strategic meetings to management and the board;
Understand and analyze regional and national metrics and KPIs and develop action plans with coordinators to correct existing deviations;
Guide the preparation of dealership business plans with a focus on results and profitability;
Promote/develop sales channels: Corporate Sales, Consortium (vehicle purchasing consortium), and Used Vehicles market;
Comply with policies and procedures, meeting objectives and targets of the Quality Policy (ISO 9001) and the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001);
Participate in the awareness program and the Environmental Management System in general.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed)
Willingness to travel
Valid driver’s license (Category B)
Experience in the automotive industry or with vehicle manufacturers is considered a plus
