About this role
Role Overview
Submitting new business across a range of platforms and providers
Processing pensions, ISAs, investments, and other financial planning products
Managing applications from submission through to completion
Liaising with platforms and product providers (rather than clients)
Using back‑office systems to maintain accurate records and workflows
Chasing outstanding requirements and resolving queries
Supporting Financial Planners with technical and administrative business processing tasks
Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all submissions
Requirements
Experience in financial services administration, with a focus on business processing / submissions
IO back‑office experience desirable
Comfortable working with platforms such as:
Aegon
AJ Bell
Quilter
Backgrounds that could work particularly well:
Platform or provider roles
Investment / platform administration teams
Technical IFA admin or processing-only roles
Highly detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills
Prefers operational, system‑driven work with minimal client contact
