About this role
Role Overview
Providing full pre‑ and post‑sales administration support
Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries professionally and efficiently
Preparing and processing new business applications, valuations, and policy documentation
Liaising with product providers, platforms, and internal teams
Maintaining accurate client records and managing workflows via back‑office systems
Supporting Financial Planners with diary management, client onboarding, and ongoing servicing
Ensuring all activity meets FCA and internal compliance standards
Requirements
Minimum of 12 months’ experience working as an IFA Administrator within financial planning
Strong understanding of the financial advice process and regulatory requirements
IO back‑office experience highly desirable
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable supporting desk‑based / remote Financial Planners
