Responsible for the operational oversight and management of products within the CEC and in collaboration with SMEs from other departments and division
In collaboration with CEC leadership, define the product strategy and assure roadmap execution
Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitor’s products
Develop and continually improve strategies, objectives and policies for the assigned products/programs, and establish and monitor high performance standards and productivity measures/targets
Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new product ideas
Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales and marketing
Provide product support for client implementations.
Provide expert subject matter support to Navitus Client and Clinical Services Executives representing the client
Supports the development and maintenance of product documentation including training materials, call scripts, client reports, etc
Continually evaluate and monitor program metrics including turn-around times, CMR completion, patient satisfactions and accuracy in collaboration with CEC staff

Requirements
College degree
Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations is preferred
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
