About this role
Role Overview
Deploy direct marketing fundraising operations
Gather information from field teams
Write creative briefs for agencies
Monitor schedules and the graphic production workflow
Write and proofread content and coordinate internal approvals
Design donation appeals tailored to the channel and target audience
Set up, schedule and send email campaigns via the email delivery platform
Liaise with printers and agencies
Approve media plans and files
Analyze results and propose optimizations
Contribute to strategy development
Participate in the team’s strategic planning meetings
Take meeting notes, draft minutes and produce summary tables
Keep procedures up to date
Contribute to producing reports on straightforward tasks
Maintain benchmarks and monitoring on fundraising channels
Handle administrative tasks
Monitor inventory and stock levels
Ensure updating, restocking and reprinting of documents in stock
Manage campaign invoicing
Transmit information to the donor relations team
Requirements
You are seeking this work-study placement as part of a Master’s 1 or 2 in Marketing (University / Business School)
You have basic knowledge of direct and digital marketing, as well as communication
You are comfortable implementing campaigns
You are familiar with CRM and email marketing tools
You analyze data with rigor and relevance
You manage the operational aspects of projects effectively
You have a strong affinity for written work and excellent copywriting/editing skills
You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong team spirit and dynamism
You are organized, autonomous and able to manage your priorities effectively
You are fluent in French, both written and spoken
This role is not suitable if you are not aligned with Médecins du Monde’s activist positioning and values
This role is not suitable if you do not have a genuine interest in statistics and result analysis
