Provide administrative support for audits and exams, including tracking requests and deadlines
Assist in gathering, organizing, and submitting documentation for audit and exam requests
Maintain trackers for audit findings, requests, and remediation status
Support follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses
Help log and organize incoming audit and exam questions
Assist in preparing materials for audits, exams, and internal reviews
Perform data entry and documentation updates in internal systems (e.g., Jira or similar tools)
Support the team with general coordination and process-related tasks
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1–2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role (mortgage or financial services experience is a plus but not required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Excel, or similar systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
