Responsible for driving sales growth for Salesforce Data 360
Develop a Sales Team with a supportive and inclusive culture
Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy
Manage overall sales process and set metrics for sales funnel management
Hold team accountable to quota attainment and exceed sales goals
Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams
Implement effective operating model and ensure internal processes are followed
Drive adoption and utilization of sales methodology and tools
Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding Data 360's customer base
Define new processes and programs to increase overall productivity and results
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a sales manager
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers
Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization
Experience leading comprehensive pipeline generation strategy and execution
Strong operational and analytical abilities
Sales experience and revenue achievement selling complex software offerings primarily at the C-level
Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing sales organization
Experience selling modern enterprise cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) strongly preferred
Fluent in English and German
