Generate your own leads, convert them into active trading accounts, and deliver ongoing support that builds loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Accurately record all customer activity and pipeline information in Salesforce, maintaining high data quality and visibility.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in new business development, ideally within mobility services, vehicle rental, leasing, or the automotive sector.
Confident generating, managing, and closing your own leads with minimal supervision.
Able to plan strategically while adapting quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with a genuine drive to exceed targets.
Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and commercial negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred, but not essential.
