Lead cross-functional initiatives to address top issues and scale improvements.
Identify friction points and improve workflows and processes.
Analyze driver feedback, data, and operational metrics to identify trends and prioritize opportunities.
Drive testing and iteration to validate solutions and scale changes.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver solutions.
Share insights and progress with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with experience deriving insights from large datasets and translating them into action.
Experience working with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to solve business problems.
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Experience working with customer or driver data and identifying trends.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present insights clearly.
Experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
