Facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment life cycle.
Collaborates with Company and Imaging Center leaders to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Crafts eye-catching job postings and assists with advertisement processes.
Performs advanced sourcing techniques through various mediums including internal and external database mining, networking, associations, universities, community agencies, social media, referrals, online and traditional directories as well as other innovative sourcing methods.
Conducts cold calls to passive candidates to present opportunities for critical, difficult, and visible positions.
Reviews applications and selects qualified candidates who align with our Core Values and will be able to meet high performance standards.
Oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Collects and tracks data pertaining to candidates, offers and job fills.
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborates and assists Operations and HR during the offer process.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Significant and direct experience in recruiting may be considered in lieu of a college degree requirement.
