You won’t be working just “for practice”; you’ll work on scalable testing structures and take on responsibility early.
Development and testing of data-driven creative strategies for new and existing channels.
Conceptualizing and scripting ad and social content, including translating trends into performance concepts.
Managing international creative projects with freelancers, creators and the performance team.
Using LLMs, generative AI tools and automations to scale creative production.
Basic video editing and iterating creatives based on performance data.

You are creative: you watch a video and immediately come up with ten different ways to do it and can improvise several new hooks, angles or alternative product benefits on the spot.
You understand social media mechanics and spot new TikTok, Instagram or YouTube trends early, before they go mainstream.
You can instantly tell when an idea sounds generic or “AI-generated” and know how to use GPT & co. so that genuinely good, natural concepts emerge.
You have strong analytical thinking and can translate data into creative decisions.
Experience with social media content (organic or paid) or as a creator yourself is a plus.
