Manage a team of 4 Property Managers, 2 Assistants, a Technical Manager and a Data Officer
Oversee team management and coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration and operational efficiency
Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with the contract
Supervise organizational setup, service delivery, and regularly analyze performance/results
Ensure the reliability and integrity of reported data
Manage the landlord/owner relationship
Ensure the analysis and processing of service charge reconciliations and reporting
Monitor the contract’s financial performance and report results
Supervise and coordinate the control and management of external service providers
Act with the objective of maximizing client satisfaction

Advanced degree in real estate, technical management or engineering (Master’s level or equivalent)
Proven experience in lease/property management of tertiary (office/commercial) assets
