About this role
Role Overview
Consistently design processes to be more scalable and efficient
Lead cross-functional projects and take overall ownership
Work closely with operational teams in day-to-day business
Have direct impact on core OKR initiatives
Analyze end-to-end processes across the entire revenue journey
Identify inefficiencies and prioritize them by impact and feasibility
Break down complex business requirements into clear problem definitions
Design concrete project plans with milestones and measurable outputs
Manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple departments
Creatively identify and apply new tools
Serve as a sparring partner and point of contact for other departments on process improvements and effective tool usage
Contribute to strategic growth initiatives with direct interaction at leadership and C-level
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or a related field
3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, VC-backed startups, or scale-ups
Hands-on work style with a high degree of initiative
Entrepreneurial mindset and structured problem-solving
Ability to break down complex topics into actionable steps
Clear and empathetic communication
Hypothesis-driven, iterative working with a strong business focus
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Technically savvy with the ability to set up scalable processes together with the tech team
Fluent German and English (minimum C1) spoken and written
