Leadership Development Specialist – Full-Time Contractor

Role Overview

• Design and develop high-quality asynchronous learning experiences
• Translate instructional frameworks into practical content
• Create implementation-focused resources for leadership
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Partner with production and design teams for multimedia experiences
• Review and enhance existing professional learning content
• Apply adult learning theory and microlearning principles
• Contribute to a centralized repository of leadership resources

Requirements

• Two (2) to five (5) years of related experience in talent development
• Understanding of effective training methodologies
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional coaching or mentoring
• Deep understanding of instructional best practices
• Experience developing professional learning content
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into practical resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
