Provide technical support, assessing the complexity of issues to determine resolution or escalation
Analyze and propose improvements to processes related to the Invoicing, Tax Configurator, Shipping, Orders, Inventory, and Receiving modules, in coordination with the business
Perform analyses and propose/execute corrective and preventive maintenance
Work on the application support team, providing second
and third-level technical and functional support to system users and following up on corrective maintenance
Handle production incidents by proposing workarounds for critical incidents and developing an action plan to identify root causes and resolve recurring issues
Document solutions and create support resources, and receive knowledge transfer upon project completion to enable ongoing support
Train and guide Level 1 analysts and end users
Monitor and analyze performance metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Technology or related fields
Experience with the Datasul system in the modules: Invoicing, Receiving, Shipping, Inventory, Tax Configurator, and Orders
Knowledge of integrations with other systems
Experience in application/system support, providing second
and third-level technical and functional support and following up on corrective maintenance
Ability to work under pressure
SAP knowledge is a plus
