Manage a team of enterprise account-based marketers
Coach and maintain the activities of account-based marketing team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance management
Ensure that the team's marketing programs are aligned with the corporate vision, themes, and brand guidelines
Help to guide the strategy for Named Accounts ABM
Requirements
2+ years' experience managing and leading a team
8+ years B2B account-based marketing, customer life cycle, or customer success marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific skills
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6Sense, Folloze, etc
