Due Diligence / Conflict of Interest: Execute the process to identify and assess risks, issue opinions, propose action plans, and support decision-making.
Communication Training: Plan and implement the Annual Training and Communication Plan, both internal and external, to promote a culture of integrity.
Policies and Guidelines: Periodically review and/or draft the Code of Conduct, internal regulations, and Compliance guidelines.
Management Indicators: Develop indicators, dashboards, KPIs and OKRs to support the Compliance team's management processes and reporting to governance bodies.
Legal and Regulatory Environment: Monitor, identify and analyze regulatory publications, evaluating impacts on the business; engage internal teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, follow up on action plans and ensure deadlines are met.
Reporting: Prepare executive reports and presentations for committees, boards and senior management, including technical analyses and recommendations for decision-making.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or related fields.
Specialization: Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization in Compliance, Risk Management or Corporate Governance.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with GRC tools and document and policy management systems.
Differentials:
Recognized professional certifications in Compliance.
Prior experience in Internal Audit.
Deep knowledge of the ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) regulatory environment.
