About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate with the contract program manager, oversee the quality, contract compliance, and provide governance for enterprise uniformed security purchased services
Partner with site based teams at Boeing supported facilities to monitor operations, staffing, and key performance indicators using standard tools
Collaborate across disciplines to develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and training related but not limited to uniformed security, access management, threat management, and emergency response
Support compliance, quality, and risk assessment activities to ensure an inspection ready at all times posture at Boeing supported facilities
Provide input in the development of effective Corrective Action Plans
Support initiatives and special projects that drive productivity and cost efficiencies
Deliver specialized training
Develop performance measures, create metrics, and analyze data for improved decision making
Deliver customer service excellence with agility, first-time quality, and flexibility to enable the business
Requirements
5+ years of related experience in a security discipline
Proficient level knowledge with security operations, procedures, contract documents, invoicing, and incident reporting requirements
5+ years of experience overseeing the implementation and monitoring compliance of contract uniformed security provider
3+ Experience with Microsoft Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Assess, Excel, and Word
3+ years of experience with public speaking and presenting information in a team and/or leadership setting
3+ years of experience developing and writing processes, policies, and procedures
1+ years of experience developing macros or scripts to analyze data in spreadsheets
