Role Overview
Responding to inbound leads in a quick timely manner
Incorporating value-based selling in conversations to drive both customer and business objectives
Identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and recommending customized solutions
Prospecting new accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Managing the full cycle sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Building and maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
Maintaining pipeline and log activity appropriately in Salesforce
Requirements
Have experience in business development or sales
Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger to learn and grow
Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
Demonstrate a positive attitude with a willingness to accept constructive criticism and implement change
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
