Communication & coordination: Central point of contact for all operational questions of the VRA team (Country Leads, COOs, JBS colleagues)
Organization of local meetings, conferences and client events
Coordination of the onboarding process for new employees, including technical setup, access permissions and training
Technical support for CapForce, PeopleSoft, STREAM and other tools – comprehensive training will be provided
Preparation and support for annual internal and external quality management (QM) audits and maintenance of relevant compliance documentation
Financial management: Coordination of the entire project lifecycle from order entry in CapForce to final invoicing
Management of financial tasks: provisions, credit notes, receivables, payables and supplier invoices
Verification of reimbursable expenses and documentation of invoices over EUR 25,000
Preparation of financial and flash reports using Salesforce, CapForce and Power BI/Cognos
Administrative support: Proactively identify and escalate urgent issues and support the introduction of new systems
Support with Client Voice Surveys (Qualtrics) and PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
Ideal for: Career changers from office management, executive assistance, financial administration, customer service, accounting or other commercial areas who are seeking a new challenge in the real estate sector
IT skills: Good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English and German
Personal qualities: Strong communication skills, above-average organizational talent and high reliability – including in stressful and time-sensitive situations
Ability to work responsibly and independently
Motivation: Interest in learning about real estate valuation and becoming part of an international, dynamic team
